The 2508 Scottsville Road Renovation project was a renovation of an existing 16,411 square foot building. The scope of work consisted of an entire exterior facade renovation and interior fit-ups for multiple tenants. The previous building consisted of metal wall panels and EIFS cladding. Sewell and Sewell Architects designed a new exterior facade consisting of brick veneer and precast stone accents. New canvas awnings and storefront were added to give the building better curb appeal. Limited sitework was performed to improve parking and customer site access.
