The Overtime Sports Bar and Grill project consists of 11,378 square feet of restaurant and mercantile lease space. The restaurant portion is located on the left side of the buiding with (3) lease spaces located to the right side. The building is a pre-engineered metal building with metal stud framing and brick veneer. Sewell and Sewell Architects was responsible for the design of the building shell, the Overtime Sports Bar and Grill Restaurant fit-up and the commercial kitchen coordination.
